All fine, but dirty windows

Room was spacious and clean. Communal areas also clean and bright. Business center staff were helpful.

Dont bother asking for anything from Room Service! A request for an iron and ironing board had to be followed up 3 times and took over 45 minutes of frustrating phone calls to get satisfaction.

I was thoroughly disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. It was not up to standard. The location was convenient, but overall, I cannot recommend this hotel.

After staying for 6 nights in Crown Regency What I like most was Staff was very accommodating, very courteous, the place is just nearby city..

Somehow no air condition outside the room, at lobby area Elevator took so long to wait

I like the location of the hotel..it's in the heart of Cebu financial district. The hotel rates are also affordable

The food selection is a bit limited and the Sky adventure fun parks are expensive! They should give discounts for guests of the hotel.

Would recommend for a trip

Comfortable room, convenient location, including a fitness center and an outdoor pool that provided a refreshing escape after a day of exploring.

Nothing except frustration

The check in process take about 20 mins even without any other customer. The check out process was even longer , taking 45 mins with no other customer in line. We want to pay the hotel upon check out but were decline. They said the rooms were paid by Booked.net using my credit card. The hussle take up the whole time and caused us to be late for oue meeting.

We were moved to a superior room in the upper floors. Its location not too far away from Casino Espanol de Cebu was marvellous. The restaurant was amazing at ground floor and for every budget.

The Edge Coaster offered an exhilarating experience with a fine view, awesome for some wild thrills. The pool facilities are excellent, although the water's temperature might not be ideal for everyone. Spacious rooms equipped with ample amenities provide a comfortable retreat after a long day of activities.

Breakfast tends toward a simple selection lacking variety, often with limited fresh fruit options and questionable temperature control for some items. Alarmingly, issues like clogged showers and inadequately working air conditioning can pop up, potentially ruining an otherwise decent stay.

When you book onilne you have to print the booking page without it you cant stay in the hotel even if you have the code .

Location close enough to many attractions. Tidy & high standard rooms with a view.

I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with a couch and overlooking views, for instance was not a problem. It has truly friendly staff team upon my request to transfer. Also, the location is particularly good and absolutely perfect, minutes from Sky Experience Adventure.

The room was super spacious with an amazing sea view, perfect for unwinding. Just wish the elevator felt a bit newer, but overall it was a great experience! 😄
